Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exception for damaged items only: If your order arrives damaged, you must submit a video of the unopened packaging at the time of receipt, along with photos of the damaged item with all original tags attached. Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to info@alexsandracollections.com. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Alexsandra Collections reserves the right to approve or deny all damage claims.
